Giving thanks to the incredible community of @acecollectiv for weaving a night of deep energy transitioning as we move into Spring from Winter.

It was a deep pleasure to work with @osarasound & @phoebes_path. The sound journey was powerful and felt like it moved a lot collectively. Such a pleasure to weave with these incredible humans. Phoebes tea ceremony and voice was astounding and Osara felt like he summoned his ancestors to work through him in his transmission with the drum.

Music has always been my way of touching something beyond myself. I did not know, at the time, that it would become my doorway into shamanism.

I watched it work quietly in my own family. We gathered on Sundays and felt more alive together through song. At funerals we sang and in doing so gave ourselves permission to feel the full weight of grief. Music held us when words could not.

Only later did I understand what was really happening. Music allowed us to stay connected to our emotions and through that, to spirit.

I sometimes see a misunderstanding in certain new age spaces where emotions are treated as something to rise above or leave behind. With age, I have come to see the opposite. When emotions are honestly felt, without drowning in them or suppressing them, they become fuel. They keep us in relationship with the world rather than separate from it.

Shamanism helped me understand how music and emotion can be channelled with intelligence and care. Not as indulgence, but as a way of shaping a new path for ourselves and for others.

Stepping into your purpose and owning your abilities can feel uncomfortable because it changes how others see you. I have noticed that when I take up my full space, my light can make some people uneasy.

But this path has helped me see who is truly meant to be close. The ones who want you to grow and be your whole self are the ones worth giving your time to.

Family can sometimes encourage us to shrink, even without meaning to. We can still care for them, while staying aware of who we give our energy to. My time is precious, and I know the influence others have on me is strong because I am sensitive to this world.

There is something powerful and beautiful about learning to speak your truth and be who you really are.

I feel like it’s time for my yearly Lord of the Rings rewatch.

There is something about it that just feels like coming home.

Those stories have shaped film and literature in a way few others have.

They keep offering a sense of hope, wonder, adventure and a knowing that the good acts are important no matter how big or small they may seem.

I feel that a lot times healing is in done in and through relationship. Relationship to others and ultimately relationship to yourself.

Big emotional releases can look powerful, but they are can sometimes be overwhelming. Healing does not come from pouring everything out. It comes from learning to truly inhabit yourself. Your wounds do not need intensity. They need presence.

Those dramatic moments can feel meaningful, yet they do not always create real change. They can overstimulate you, push you into collapse, and leave the old body memories exactly where they were. This is why someone can spend years doing “the work,” collecting cathartic experiences, feeling different for a moment, but still living with the same freeze or flight patterns. On the outside it looks committed. On the inside it can be dissociated. Not because they failed, but because no one taught them the part of healing that actually rewires a system, building capacity, moving in the right sequence, attuning to what is happening, and completing the unfinished responses in the body.

The deepest healing is not loud. It is steady. It is relational. It is lived through the whole system. And when the body, emotions, relationships, and development finally line up, life no longer feels like constant survival.

I feel a deep gratitude for the way life has guided me into this work. Yet the thread that ties us to our ancestors has never been fully severed. It lives in what we choose to do. Our thoughts guide us, but it is our actions that root us in the material world and give shape to our connection with those who came before us.

If we want to understand our ancestors, we can begin by doing the things they once did. Their lives were expressed through the skills they learned, the celebrations they held, the crafts they mastered, and the ways they related to the land and to each other. I’m really grateful that I get to share my music and energy in such sacred and beauitful spaces.

Because playing in sacred buildings brings a quiet power to music and gatherings. The sound seems to travel differently, almost as if the walls hold an old understanding that listens and answers. Even the softest notes feel fuller, and the whole moment carries a weight that is hard to explain but easy to feel.

There is a sense of calm that settles over everyone inside these places. People breathe a little slower, pay attention a little more, and allow themselves to sink into the experience. It is as if the building invites you to pause and remember why you are there.

Events held in these spaces often leave a stronger impression. Long after the final sound fades, something lingers. A kind of warmth that stays with you, reminding you that certain places can shape a moment in ways nothing else can.

What a joy it is to witness and take part in a movement rooted in genuine loving consciousness. This is the kind of medicine the world needs, a shift that makes it natural and even admirable to live with love and to openly honour the divine.

Remembering our shared unity is essential. We have spent too long emphasising separation, and no fear based narrative can undo the truth that we are one. Integration takes time, but persistence and love always prevail.

London carries many layers of energy, and the sheer number of warm, multicultural connections I experienced that day was uplifting. Travelling to different countries has only deepened my appreciation for home, because London holds an extraordinary mix of cultures, colours, and stories. It is a beautiful reminder of what diversity can look like when it is lived fully.

It is easy to judge others, yet the old teaching still stands. When we point a finger at someone else, there are three pointing back at us.

Creating from sincerity, kindness, and love is what this world needs now. Not more division.

It’s a deep deep honour to share my service to the world with these beauitful people.

We often hear about the highs of performing, the exhilarating moments that look flawless from the outside. What we rarely speak about are the quieter realities that follow.

After standing in front of thousands of people, riding that wave of sound and energy, you come home to four still walls. The contrast can feel surreal. You go from overwhelming stimulation and huge dopamine spikes to sudden silence, and the comedown can be disorientating.

It is not that the experience isn’t incredible. It absolutely is. These moments on stage are some of the most powerful of my life. But “normal” shifts after you taste that level of intensity. You feel the need for stability and human connection, yet a part of you longs to be back out there, expanded, stretched open by that feeling only performing gives. Especially with how spirituality expanded the types of ceremonies I’ve experienced are.

As Einstein said, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. The thrill has a shadow, and both are part of the same truth. I fully understand why some artists struggle to reintegrate after peak experiences. I have a deeper sympathy for anyone whose path is shaped by these extremes.

This isn’t a complaint, just a clarification. Social media often sells us perfection and leaves us feeling inadequate or hungry for more. Life isn’t meant to be perfect. It is meant to be real. And its messiness carries its own kind of beauty once we allow ourselves to see it.

I love this life, I love my family, and I look forward to surrendering more fully to whatever comes next.

Today’s our last show of this year.

It’s an interesting mix between happiness and slight sadness. Happiness I get to be fully present with my family and get into a good routine for winter.

Sadness that we’ve fully got into a deep flow of the set and the experience of being on tour, for it to stop.

But still what a way to close this chapter hey? A fully sold out 2000 person show on the home soil of London!

Very grateful we finish this way and so proud of what we’ve all achieved! Look forward to meeting you all before I go into my hibernation for the winter.
